Printer Palace offers a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If your product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original factory-sealed or like-new condition
- In the original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Products that have been opened and used may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Consumables such as ink cartridges, toner, and paper (once opened)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team:
- Contact us at support@printerpalace.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA instructions
- Keep your tracking number for your records
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage upon arrival, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–7 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage if possible.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
