Printer Palace offers a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original factory-sealed or like-new condition
- In the original manufacturer packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@printerpalace.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you an RMA number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the return address provided
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
