📶 Method 1: Wireless Setup Wizard (Most Printers)

1. Turn on your printer — make sure it is not connected via USB
2. On the printer panel, press the Wireless or WiFi button
3. Navigate to Settings → Wireless Setup Wizard
4. Select your WiFi network name (SSID) from the list
5. Enter your WiFi password using keypad or touchscreen
6. Wait for the WiFi light to turn solid blue or green
7. Print a Wireless Test Report to confirm

📱 Method 2: WPS Button (No Password Needed)

1. Make sure your router has a WPS button
2. On your printer, go to Settings → Wireless → WPS
3. Select Push Button method
4. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router
5. Printer connects automatically — WiFi light becomes solid

🖥️ USB Connection (Windows)

1. Plug the USB cable from the printer into your PC
2. Windows detects the printer and installs drivers automatically
3. If not auto: Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Printers & Scanners
4. Click Add Device and select your printer

🍎 USB Connection (Mac)

1. Plug the USB cable into your Mac
2. Go to Apple Menu → System Settings → Printers & Scanners
3. Click + to add a printer
4. macOS downloads the driver via Software Update automatically

📶 Wireless Connection (Windows)

1. First connect the printer to your WiFi (see guide above)
2. Go to Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Printers & Scanners
3. Click Add Device — Windows finds printers on the same network
4. Select your printer and click Add Device

🍎 Wireless Connection (Mac)

1. Connect the printer to the same WiFi as your Mac
2. Go to Apple Menu → System Settings → Printers & Scanners
3. Click + and wait for the printer to appear
4. Select the printer and click Add

🖨️ HP Wireless Printer Setup

HP DeskJet, ENVY, OfficeJet Pro, LaserJet

HP Smart App (recommended):

1. Download the HP Smart app from App Store or Google Play
2. Open HP Smart and tap Set Up a New Printer
3. Follow on-screen steps — the app handles WiFi + driver installation

Manual (printer panel):

1. Press the Wireless button on the printer
2. Go to Settings → Wireless Setup Wizard
3. Select your WiFi and enter the password
4. Wait for solid blue WiFi light

Canon PIXMA wireless setup:

1. Press and hold the WiFi button until the lamp flashes
2. Download Canon PRINT Inkjet app on your phone
3. Follow the app's on-screen steps to connect to your network

Canon imageCLASS setup:

1. Go to Menu → Network Settings → Wireless LAN Settings
2. Select SSID Settings → Select Access Point
3. Choose your WiFi and enter the password

🤝 Brother Wireless Printer Setup

Brother MFC, HL, DCP series

1. Press Menu → Network → WLAN → Setup Wizard
2. Press Yes to enable WLAN
3. Select your WiFi network and enter the password
4. Press OK — the printer connects and prints a config report

Alternative — Brother iPrint&Scan app:

1. Download Brother iPrint&Scan from App Store or Google Play
2. Tap Set Up Machine for First Time and follow steps

🎨 Epson Wireless Printer Setup

Epson EcoTank, WorkForce, Expression

1. Press Home → Settings → General Settings → Network Settings → Wi-Fi Setup
2. Select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard
3. Choose your WiFi network and enter the password
4. Press OK — printer connects and prints a status sheet

Epson Smart Panel app:

1. Download Epson Smart Panel from App Store or Google Play
2. Tap Set Up Printer and follow guided steps
